Five Years in the Making
Tokujin Yoshioka is internationally acclaimed for his poetic and experimental works spanning design, art, and architecture. His creations are permanently housed in major museums worldwide, including the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, the Centre Pompidou, and the Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A). He was also named one of the "100 Most Respected Japanese in the World" by Newsweek magazine.
These sculptural eyewear pieces, realized after a five-year design process, are a labor of love, crafted by Yoshioka himself for his personal wear.
The sculptural eyewear, designed by Tokujin Yoshioka for his own use, comes to fruition after a five-year design period. Crafted from titanium and acetate by Japanese artisans, the frames feature a three-dimensional, original form.
