A Modern Reinterpretation of Venice, a City Where Cultures Intersect

Special items crafted from jacquard have been released as part of the Furla Spring/Summer 2018 collection, themed "A Journey to Venice." The collection captures the allure of Venice, a city where diverse cultures converge, through its shapes, colors, and details. Velvet and brocade, often seen in the decorative elements of Venice's historic landmarks and palaces, have been reinterpreted in a modern style, giving birth to playful animal and botanical patterns. This lineup blends historical elements with contemporary details, offering a classic yet elegant aesthetic.

The jacquard series includes three models: "FENICE," "DUCALE," and "METROPOLIS NUVOLA." The "FENICE" bag is named after a Venetian theater and features a classical impression with its building-inspired square shape, available in both large and handbag sizes. The "DUCALE" model draws inspiration from the decorative elements and shell motifs of the Doge's Palace, with a central closure reminiscent of medieval noble armbands, lending an elegant touch. The "METROPOLIS" series is uniquely finished with different shoulder straps depending on the pattern.
