The Mackintosh Aoyama store, which opened just this past August, is the second flagship store worldwide, following the one in London's upscale Mayfair district.

Spanning two floors, the store offers full collections for men and women. Visitors are greeted by a diverse array of items in various materials and designs, including their signature bonded raincoats, duffle coats, and best-selling quilted jackets.

The men's floor on the second level features an exhibition detailing the process of creating bonded raincoats, alongside archival pieces such as a 1945 British Army biker coat and 1980s British Rail uniforms.
Here, you can also experience the brand's rich tradition and history.

Additionally, the flagship store for Traditional Weatherwear, Mackintosh's casual brand, has opened in the basement of the Mackintosh store. This single-floor boutique boasts a comprehensive lineup, from casual outerwear for daily wear to shirts, knitwear, and folding umbrellas. Furthermore, a wide selection of items from Storm Seal, a brand specializing in down wear, is also available.

The interior design for both stores was handled by Masamichi Katayama of Wonderwall, known for his work on numerous globally recognized retail spaces.

At the Mackintosh Aoyama store, with its blend of classic and modern aesthetics, you can find a special coat that makes even the cold weather enjoyable.
