This Season's Inspiration: The Classic Film 'Metropolis'

The third collection, presented under the creative direction of designer Dirk Schönberger, expresses smartness, style, and understated chic. Drawing inspiration from the silent film masterpiece 'Metropolis,' it crafts a bold, futuristic collection infused with the essence of cutting-edge sports fashion.

The men's collection centers on tailoring, featuring suit jackets in wool and satin suitable for both on and off duty, and bomber jackets with stretch-fabric sleeves, all exuding a fashionable, edgy sensibility. The trousers incorporate dramatic details like double slits at the knee and tuxedo stripe linings, completing a modern look with body-hugging shirts.

The collection focuses on outerwear, ranging from slender trench coats and studded letterman jackets to tailored down wear and elegant blazers.





For women, the collection showcases highly refined outerwear, vividly expressing luxurious materials and body-conscious silhouettes. Tailoring is a key focus, with slim black collarless jackets, classic black dresses, innovative cropped pants with origami-inspired pockets, and slim black coats paired with leather motorcycle vests as innerwear.

Furthermore, poncho-style wrap coats, satin cropped jackets, and dramatically voluminous cutaway blouses emphasize the season's key motif of dramatic volume. Reflecting the theme of the future, knitwear items in metallic gold and gunmetal yarns, such as fitted, sexy striped sweaters, also make an appearance.

In popular footwear, men's desert boots combining leather and canvas express elegance, while purplish-grey leather sneakers and loose black leather boots ward off the autumn chill. For women, low-heeled neoprene booties, plumply shaped 'puffer' leather boots, and classic oxfords, alongside refreshed versions of adidas SLVR's classic sneakers, fashionably adorn the feet.
