The "Eddie Bauer × Nigel Cabourn" collection revives precious archive pieces stored by Eddie Bauer U.S.A., reinterpreted through Nigel Cabourn's unique lens. The latest Autumn/Winter collection draws attention to historical archives, featuring models like the "KARAKORAM," inspired by the gear provided to the American expedition that challenged the formidable K2 mountain in 1953.

Tough Outerwear for Complete Protection

The latest collaboration pieces have arrived, based on the rare archives of Eddie Bauer, founded in Seattle, USA in 1920 and known for developing the world's first down wear. These pieces have been reinterpreted by Nigel Cabourn.

The "POLAR PARKA" features genuine coyote fur, which never freezes, on the hood trim and chin strap. The cotton material is treated with a polyurethane coating for added waterproofing. The chest pocket, equipped with a high-performance zipper from Swiss manufacturer RIRI, is divided into upper and lower sections by a partition. The differing capacities, one smaller and one larger, functionally accommodate the separation of gear, highlighting the potential of military and outdoor wear.

The "CANADIAN OVREVEST," featuring a camouflage pattern recreated from the original, evokes a certain relaxed, leisurely charm of a bygone era compared to modern computer-generated camouflage. This is due to its history as a hunting tool rather than a tool of war.

This season also sees a充実 of accessories, including the "US CLIP GEDDES" model, named after John Geddes, a U.S. Air Force pilot based at an Alaskan air base, and the "RUCKSACK CANVAS," a Swiss mountain military force model that emerged in the 1960s, characterized by its reinforced back and lower support for climbing.
