A Collection Inspired by Eating and Dressing Up

Designer Ozawa shared, "The collection was created while thinking about how the clothes we wear when we're lounging at home eating breakfast, meeting friends for lunch, or dressing up for dinner......have a surprisingly intimate relationship with eating. That's the idea behind this collection."

In the collection's theme "Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner," Breakfast is represented by a fried egg, Lunch by a hamburger, and Dinner by a steak, each uniquely depicted by cross-stitch artist Makoto Ozu.

The skull character "Love Skull," symbolizing Numero Uno's pop and catchy aesthetic, is also rendered in cross-stitch, presenting a fresh look.

Numero Uno reflects Ozawa's meticulous attention to clothing, cultivated during his career as a stylist, in every detail of the collection, from material selection to design. Furthermore, the brand expresses its unique aesthetic sensibility in the abstract concept of "mood" that clothing itself possesses.

This autumn, Numero Uno introduces a new label, WORK for PLAY NUMERO UNO". Additionally, their womenswear brand "Intimate Diary," which proposes authentic menswear, fine tailoring, and a pop sensibility based on menswear construction, is also gaining popularity. Designer Ozawa's world is expanding significantly, transcending both menswear and womenswear.
