Adam Kimmel, who each season surprises and excites us with collaborations with emerging artists like George Condo and Dan Attoe. He has now opened an artful shop-in-shop at "Dover Street Market Ginza Comme des Garçons" (hereinafter referred to as "Dover Street Market"), which recently opened on a grand scale, generating considerable buzz.

The world of tough men created by Adam Kimmel and Jamie Bolling

A lone surfer riding a colossal wave. Perhaps it depicts a modern warrior, bravely challenging the might of nature. Beautiful, yet heroic. And somehow comical! Through the "everyday" of a printed T-shirt, we are invited into the world of art.

This is a special T-shirt created exclusively to celebrate the opening of the corner at Dover Street Market Ginza.

It was produced in collaboration with Jamie Bolling, an emerging artist based in Brooklyn, New York, and the painting of the surfer confronting the rough waves is one of Jamie's signature works.

He is a member of the art collective Painterica, led by Dan Attoe, an artist who collaborated with Adam Kimmel in the Fall/Winter 2011 season. He also appeared as a model in the lookbook for Adam Kimmel Carhartt's Spring/Summer 2012 season, indicating a deep relationship with the brand. Furthermore, he is one of the artists Adam Kimmel, who has a keen eye for contemporary art, is most focused on right now.

His signature work is boldly printed on a tough, crewneck cotton body, characteristic of Adam Kimmel. It evokes a sense of nostalgia for the masculinity of a bygone era, exuding a classic atmosphere and conveying the crossover between contemporary art and fashion.

Incidentally, the Adam Kimmel corner at Dover Street Market can be considered the brand's first-ever standalone shop. Adam Kimmel himself, who majored in art history and architecture at New York University, designed everything from the space to the fixtures. On the walls, neon art created by Dan Attoe for this space emits an artificial glow, condensing all of Adam Kimmel into a small area. Don't miss the "now" of this rare communicator who bridges fashion and culture.
