Winner of the Swarovski Award for Menswear!

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) announced the winners of the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards in June at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in New York. In its 10th anniversary year, Swarovski sponsored the event, and Robert Geller achieved a remarkable feat.

Robert Geller's creations, gaining momentum with this award!

This once-a-year event, the CFDA Fashion Awards, honors outstanding designers in womenswear, menswear, and accessories selected from all areas of the fashion industry and the arts, as well as exceptional journalism, creative vision, and individuals with extraordinary lifetime achievements, celebrating remarkable contributions to American fashion.

Several awards were presented, including the award for Menswear Designer of the Year to Michael Bastian and the Fashion Icon Award to Lady Gaga, among other distinguished figures.

Marking its 10th anniversary, the prestigious "SWAROVSKI AWARD FOR MENS WEAR" was awarded to Robert Geller, sponsored by Swarovski, the event's host.

Robert Geller also received the "GQ/CFDA Best New Menswear Designers in America" award in 2009. While New York designers have been particularly active recently, Robert Geller's win is likely to further accelerate this momentum.

We are soon expecting the first looks from the Spring/Summer 2012 collections. We eagerly anticipate Robert Geller's collection, graced with the honor of the Swarovski Award for Menswear.
