From April 22nd, Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building is presenting a seasonal promotion titled "Travelers Week," focusing on "Hawaii," a paradise where one can feel the grandeur of nature. In the Men's Shoes section on the B1 floor of Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building, a promotion evoking a sophisticated resort lifestyle is underway, featuring the new model "Le Moc Weston" from "J.M. Weston."

The "High-End" corner, usually exuding a sophisticated atmosphere in the men's shoe section,J.M. Weston's New Model "Le Moc"has been transformed into a display centered around all seven colors of the new model. In addition to Le Moc in navy, indigo blue, aqua blue, ochre, brown, white, and red, they also propose color coordination with bags, belts, and small leather goods.
While viewing the display of the actual last (wooden mold) used, Yoshie Nakamura, the men's shoe buyer, commented, "The temperature has finally risen, and it feels like spring. J.M. Weston, which is doing exceptionally well at Isetan Men's, is appealing with a new facet of the brand through Le Moc, with its attractive color variations. With fresh colors like aqua blue appearing, how about coordinating your outfits starting with your shoes this season?"
Mastering Sneakers That Elevate Your Style
At "Shoes Lab," which offers trendy sneakers and luxury brand footwear, a pop-up event for the luxury sneaker brand "PHILIPPE MODEL" is being held until April 28th (Tuesday).
"To coincide with Travelers Week starting April 22nd, both the men's shoe section and 'KICK THE CITY,' held in the promotion space on the 1st floor, are showcasing early summer footwear, including sneakers focused on both visual lightness and comfort when worn. We have a wide selection, not only for casual wear but also dressable sneakers like those from Philippe Model," she explains.
Additionally, the men's shoe section features "JoJo" beach sandals, produced by the long-established Gion footwear artisan "Naitoh." Exclusive Isetan Men's models in "white x black" and special editions using "desertic" vintage knit are also available, enhancing the tropical mood.
Ms. Nakamura recommends, "As it gets warmer and women start wearing open-toe sandals, why not men try JoJo's new comfortable sandals as a way to get ahead of the season? Enjoy styling them in various ways with a playful spirit."
