RAVENIK, a brand that expresses its worldview through fabric textures and tricky details in daily wear, and RockSteady, which offers items centered around collaborations with PORTER, along with small accessories and accessories. Kenji Akashi, the designer, says, "The theme for the Spring/Summer 2015 collection is Summer Trip."

The Brand Name "RAVENIK" is a Made-Up Word Meaning "Ideology of the Wandering Crow"



──What were the key points you focused on for this season's lookbook shoot, and what should people pay attention to?

We captured everyday scenes.


──What are the differences in styling, silhouette, and color compared to last year's Spring/Summer collection?

We focused on creating original concho buttons and developing items centered around pants with unique silhouettes.

──What is the key look (coordination) for this season?

It's a style featuring a setup made of original textile, worn with tops and bottoms in different colors.

──What are the key items and key colors?

RockSteady has a long-standing collection of accessories with Porter. This season, RAVENIK is producing its first collaboration coach jacket with Porter. It's primarily in black, with brown and khaki colors, making it an item that easily matches various styles.

──What "materials" did you focus on this season?

It's an original fabric that looks like herringbone at first glance. We blended lyocell to ensure a cool feel for spring and summer.

──What are the signature items, silhouettes, or materials that define RAVENIK?

The silhouette of the pants. They have a dramatically tapered cut from the knee down. We've also incorporated stretch for comfort.

──What inspires the brand's creativity?

My experiences traveling to many countries.
