What Lies Within the 10 Hanging T-shirts


The Japanese national football team is set to begin its full-scale activities, with training camps now underway. To commemorate this quadrennial football festival, adidas Originals presents a limited collaboration T-shirt, a passionate joint creation with 10 leading Japanese creators/brands. The 10 black T-shirts, hung within the special booth for the "adidas enjin collection" at The Stage on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building, are set to the heights of the Japanese national team players, offering not only the joy of choosing a T-shirt but also the chance to compare it with your own height.


A. FOUR. LAB.
Kazuki Kuraishi, who has a long-standing collaboration with "adidas Originals," enters with his own label, "A. FOUR. LAB." Kuraishi's signature geometric graphic design is composed of a series of dots representing infinite possibilities, and the print on the left chest expresses the brand's creative motto, "destruction and regeneration," within a dotted line. It embodies a message of constant creation and evolution.

ANREALAGE
The "Japan" design on the left chest is rendered using their signature deconstruction and reconstruction patchwork technique. The map of Japan is first broken down into prefectures and then reassembled to form the word "Japan." This symbolizes the unified support for Japan from across the country.

BEDWIN & THE HEARTBREAKERS
The design on the left chest expresses dynamism using the action painting technique applied to this season's collaboration items between "adidas Originals" and "Bedwin."

BRIHT THINGS
"BRIHT THINGS," spearheaded by the men's fashion magazine "SENSE," created a monochrome graphic design to express their editorial concept of "masculinity and strength."

FACETASM
From "Facetasm," a brand whose name implies "various ways of seeing," a graphic celebrating the circle concept is presented, featuring adidas's three stripes extending from the brand's iconic "F."

FACTOTUM
NEVER LOSE AMBITIONFrom "Factotum," which fuses mode and real clothes, a strong message for the circle concept is embodied in the graphic.

LUKER BY NEIGHBORHOOD
"Neighborhood," which has had a deep relationship with adidas Originals since its early days, is a street brand that has reigned at the top for nearly 20 years. Their design expresses respect for this project by featuring their signature CI color, blue, in the graphic on the back, while directly applying the logo design to the left chest and the player number.

PORTER
Yoshida & Co., the bag maker, and its label "Porter," have collaborated with adidas Originals on footwear twice before, receiving global acclaim each time. With the motto "one stitch, one soul" and a steadfast commitment to Japan-made products amidst globalization, they feature the Porter label, classic lettering, and the iconic orange used in their most representative products in the graphic on the back.

SASQUATCHFABRIX
"Sasquatchfabrix," known for its unique style that adds its own essence and message to classical motifs, pays homage to the circle concept with a graphic featuring the "three arrows" and cherry blossoms, traditional Japanese motifs.

Y-3
"Y-3," a leader in the new fusion of sports and fashion, expresses its passion for football through its unique graphics and designs centered on Y-3's signature deep black.
