A "Raw Finish" that Develops Character Over Time

Mizuno began crafting baseball gloves shortly after its founding in 1913. Renowned for the meticulous work of its skilled artisans and its unwavering commitment to leather quality, the brand continues to be a favorite among professional baseball players today.

Mizuno has previously created items like pen cases and pass holders from leftover glove leather. Now, they unveil the "Glove Leather Collection," featuring bags and accessories made from premium cowhide—chosen for its strength, durability, and supple feel—that is also used in professional baseball gloves.

The Glove Leather Collection products are finished with a "raw finish"—minimal surface treatment—to highlight the natural beauty of the leather (excluding some items). With use, the leather develops a lustrous sheen, gaining character over time.

The first collection includes five types of bags, such as briefcases and shoulder bags, and seventeen types of accessories, including wallets.

All pieces feature simple designs that maximize the leather's inherent qualities. While some wallets and cardholders may not immediately appear to be Mizuno products, the brand's mark is revealed upon opening.
