A Novel Line Created by "Inclination"
The "Eyeshade Cap Line" refers to the cap-visor-like inclination skillfully incorporated into the frame. This design accentuates the frame's outline, revealing various expressions depending on the viewing angle and making the eyes stand out.
This season, we present two variations: "Intercap," where the eyeshade cap line is applied to the inside, and "Outercap," where it's applied to the outside. These showcase the innovation born from Alain Mikli's expertise and technical skill with acetate.
Eyewear with the eyeshade cap line applied to the "Intercap" is laminated in pale colors. The lineup features a variety of fabric options, from Alain Mikli's signature black and red to navy and pink hues.
Model "A03005-B09N" ¥42,000
Eyewear with the eyeshade cap line applied to the "Outercap" features a distinct decoration, enhancing its presence even further.
The model on the left, "A03005," utilizes perfect cutting, where the crafted material creates an eyeshade effect. Its sexy and feminine design is refreshingly novel.
Opening of "Alain Mikli Shop Kyoto"
On Sunday, March 9th, the first directly managed store in Kyoto, "Alain Mikli Shop Kyoto," will open on the 2nd floor of Takashimaya Kyoto Store within the International Boutique.
The lineup will include products from "alain mikli" as well as "STARCK EYES," a collaboration between Alain Mikli and Philippe Starck. The aforementioned Eyeshade Cap Line will also be available.
