Focus on the Craftsmanship of Emerging Designers Shaping the Future of Menswear
The "Best New Menswear Designers in America" award has supported and promoted the work of emerging American menswear designers. This year, Jim Nelson, Editor-in-Chief of GQ, andCreative Director Jim Moorealong with the magazine's fashion editors, selected four designers who are currently garnering attention.
BESPOKEN is a brand by brothers Liam and Sam Fayed, who are active designers in New York. They draw inspiration from their father's legendary Turnbull & Asser brand. Their dress shirts and unstructured sport coats incorporate elements of hard rock, alongside meticulous details worthy of Savile Row.
AviatorNation is a surf-inspired brand by Los Angeles designer Paige Mycoskie. It is created with inspiration drawn from the gentle Venice Beach, evoking summer and the warmth of the sun.
