“DECHO by ANACHRONORM” Pop-Up Event

ANACHRONORM, a fashion brand from Okayama that proposes new styles using Japanese materials and techniques, with the unique wrinkles, damage, textures, and character born from handcraftsmanship, is collaborating with DECHO, a hat brand also based in Okayama that started in 2003. They will hold a shop event at ANACHRONORM Context Gallery in Nakameguro, Tokyo, from Saturday, July 13th to Sunday, July 21st.

DECHO Designer Scheduled to Visit July 13th (Sat) or 14th (Sun)

Both ANACHRONORM and DECHO are based in Okayama and focus on craftsmanship. DECHO's concept is to create hats with a focus on handmade quality, blending vintage and deadstock materials to develop character over time with each wear. This collaboration for joint items marks their third season since the Spring/Summer 2013 collection.

At the “DECHO by ANACHRONORM” pop-up event, you can experience the unique charm of handmade items, distinct from industrially mass-produced goods, by handling DECHO's creations firsthand. During the event, the gallery will showcase DECHO's items and display imagery from the “DECHO by ANACHRONORM” collaboration.

Furthermore, as a special initiative for this event, visitors will have the opportunity to place custom orders for the "INITIAL CAP," a collaborative item released since the beginning of their partnership. You can select the patch lettering, patch color, and stitch color to create your personalized cap.

The fabric for the custom orders will be the original selvedge denim used in the brand's standard denim pants. For the patches, you can choose a single letter from "DECHO," "ANACHRONORM," or "BEAT-ITUDE."

The custom-ordered caps, produced on a made-to-order basis, will come in a special bag created exclusively for this event. Seize this opportunity to craft your unique original cap, something not possible with the regular lineup.
