The Highly Anticipated Saddle Shoe Arrives!
Cole Haan has unveiled a new style of the Luna Grand as the second installment of its collaboration with fragment design, the creative collective led by Hiroshi Fujiwara. It will be available from Friday, December 14th at Dover Street Market Ginza Comme des Garçons, and from Saturday, December 15th at Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building 2F, the select shop "Shaft" in Sendai, and SOPH. Elevating Traditional Design to Modern Street Style
The shoes in the Luna Grand collection feature Nike's "Lunarlon" air system in the sole, offering a sensation described as "walking on the moon." Launched in February 2012 at the New York SOHO store, their unique and innovative design, blending past and future, instantly captivated New Yorkers.
This collaboration introduces a first for the Luna Grand: a saddle design for the upper. Traditional dress shoes are reimagined with a modern sensibility, resulting in footwear with an urban aesthetic befitting the 21st century.

The striking black and white combination, a signature of fragment design, is particularly noteworthy. It's immediately apparent how well this palette complements Cole Haan's Luna Grand. Furthermore, limited edition models featuring neon-colored soles will be released at Dover Street Market Ginza Comme des Garçons and Isetan Shinjuku Men's Building, making them unmissable.
