Timeless Standards Proposed by "REGAL Shoe&Co."
Since its opening in 2010, "REGAL Shoe&Co.," Regal's concept store, has been supported by a wide range of customers. It is a store where one can encounter timeless standards, newly presented by Regal, which has proposed standard Japanese footwear for many years, to unravel its rich history and pass it on to the future.

A Unique Concept Store Presenting New Standards
The term "standard" is often used in fashion. However, few items can truly be called standards. This is because a standard is not merely backed by history or quality, but is a title given to items that breathe the air of their times and constantly evolve. Visiting "Regal Shoe & Company," Regal's concept store, makes one reconsider the true meaning of a standard.
The store concept of "Regal Shoe & Company" is "NEW STANDARD." Regal, with roots in Japan and America, was an early adopter of the Goodyear welt construction method in Japan, beginning with military boot manufacturing. Regal became an iconic brand during the 1960s Ivy League boom. The store aims to pass on the rich history of "Regal," which is synonymous with the evolution of modern Japanese footwear, to the next generation, while also proposing next-generation standards that fuse traditional craftsmanship with contemporary sensibilities.
This worldview of "Regal Shoe & Company" is evident in the store design in Shibuya and in the original line of leather shoes available only at this store, earning strong support not only from connoisseurs of standards but also from highly fashion-conscious individuals. This is because the shoes proposed by the store are truly new standards—new standards that possess a solid, universal appeal while seamlessly integrating with the latest fashion trends.
The Value of Standards Where Tradition and Innovation Reside

This model, which fuses the "BOA closure system" with wingtips, embodies the philosophy of Regal Shoe & Company in creating next-generation standards through tradition and innovation. ¥55,000
The leather shoes from "Regal Shoe & Company" are based on standard models born from a long history, primarily utilizing the Goodyear welt construction method passed down for over 100 years within the company, and integrating contemporary designs and the latest technologies. Here, you'll find next-generation basics woven from tradition and innovation.
This season's new collection, themed "Nomad," draws inspiration from the free, unconstrained modern lifestyles of individuals like digital nomads who are not tied to specific locations or countries. A key feature is the deliberate use of the stitch-down construction method, rather than the Goodyear welt. Utilizing a unique last developed for walking shoes in the past, the collection proposes modern, lightweight styles that transcend the boundaries of dress and casual wear. Furthermore, a model that combines classic wingtips with the "BOA closure system," allowing for quick fastening and release without laces, can be seen as symbolizing the "Regal Shoe & Company" concept of creating new-era standards through the fusion of classic and modern, tradition and innovation.

The U-tip is also an arrangement of Regal's archives. The nostalgic feel, conversely, matches the current mood. This sensibility is why it garners support from fashionistas. ¥42,000
Inside "Regal Shoe & Company" on Shibuya's Fire Street, a hub for the latest fashion, it feels like a historic factory imbued with the traces of creation, yet also like a comfortable, modern cafe. The simple leather shoes displayed there evoke both nostalgia and newness, brimming with an appeal that allows one to savor the essence of fashion, transcending fleeting trends. [PR]
