HUGO BOSS has released a new film for the highly rhythmic and vibrant BOSS Menswear Autumn/Winter 2016 collection.
The film begins with the ticking of a clock and the whirring of a fan, as a sharply dressed young man stands at the reception of an abandoned factory. He nervously begins to explore his surroundings. His movements gradually evolve from faint finger-snapping to spins, slides, and strides, culminating in a somersault on the factory floor, bringing the surrounding space to life. As static crackles from a television and he exits an empty adjacent room, his outfit seamlessly changes.
The campaign film is directed by Barnaby Roper and stars young Dutch model Sven de Vries. The energetic mood conveyed by the film perfectly complements the new BOSS menswear collection. Modern silhouettes and fabrics highlight iconic motifs and materials such as houndstooth, pinstripes, and corduroy. The bold film expresses a modern vision and uniqueness.
