An Exquisite Space Fulfilling Ultimate Style and Elegance
Dolce&Gabbana opened its first bespoke tailoring floor for men in Japan, "DOLCE&GABBANA Sartoria Ginza," on March 12, 2016.
"DOLCE&GABBANA Sartoria Ginza," located on the third floor of the Ginza store, is an exquisite space that embodies the ultimate style and elegance sought by contemporary men. Stepping inside, one is enveloped by the world of the Milanese atelier, with floors of warm, inlaid antique wood and five types of marble surrounding the space, each revealing a different facet.
The walls, featuring the grain of Canaletto walnut and a sky-blue damask pattern, create a beautiful contrast. Antique chairs and stools by Gio Ponti, velvet sofas, and velvet curtains by the windows add to the ambiance. As light streams into the space, unified by shades of blue, the entire floor exudes a sense of calm.
The fitting spaces, where one can relax at leisure, are a hallmark of this supremely luxurious sartorial floor. The unique environment and highly skilled tailors stimulate the curiosity of visitors, guiding them in the creation of their perfect garment.
