Showcasing the Appeal of Sukumo Leather Through Original Items

At this gallery space, “FIVE THIRTY PARK” will feature items from “Sukumo Leather,” with whom they collaborate on materials. This includes loop ties and bracelets, as well as sneakers made from leather and denim materials by the sneaker label “BLUE STONE,” which elevates Japanese techniques using Sukumo leather.

Sukumo leather is dyed in Kyoto using “Sukumo,” a natural dye produced through a traditional method that has continued for about 600 years in the Awa region of Tokushima Prefecture. It is gaining attention as a rare, natural, genuine indigo-dyed leather with a delicate and profound color.

A Collection of Indigo and Deep Blue Items

Additionally, “FIVE THIRTY PARK” will release shoelaces made from Sukumo leather's natural indigo-dyed leather. The aglets of the shoelaces are adorned with crystal motifs in silver, allowing for coordinated looks with bracelets and other items featuring the same motif.
