Basic yet Beautifully Shaped Last and Nose

Bucchus shoes are crafted in Florence, Northern Italy, in collaboration with a Tokyo-based design team. While the brand's history is relatively short, its fans include celebrities such as Jude Law and other world-renowned actors and artists, a testament to the allure of Bucchus footwear.

"There should be more neutral shoes that are realistic and easy to wear."

Born from this concept, Bucchus' newly released new standard line seems to encapsulate its very essence. Bucchus has chosen three models: the desert boot, deck shoe, and driving shoe. These are thoroughly basic shoes, but their most distinctive feature is arguably the low-profile design. This is what can be called Bucchus' signature "sophistication."

Let's start with the desert boots. They are made using the stitch-down construction method, where the vamp extends to the outside of the shoe and is sewn to the midsole as one piece. This makes them light, flexible, and easy to wear. The design emphasizes a moderate amount of toe room and the elegant line that rises from the toe to the top line, expressing sophistication through minimal cutting. Furthermore, the footbed, designed for enhanced comfort, conforms to the wearer's feet. These boots support a wide range of outfits, from denim and chinos to trousers.

As a staple for spring and summer, these deck shoes pursue elegance through careful attention to the last's shape and nose, creating Bucchus' signature silhouette. The original embossed leather and amber-colored rubber sole add a touch of luxury and refinement. They also feature the original footbed. These shoes offer an excellent balance with shorts and cropped pants.

The driving shoes, with their neat square-toe form, are also not to be missed. Made from a single piece of soft, high-quality suede with a pouch-stitched construction from the block sole, they prioritize a comfortable feel against the foot. Like the other two models, these also feature a comfortable footbed. They are an essential addition for relaxed spring and summer styles.

These three models, basic yet embodying Bucchus' modernism with their low profile and comfortable footbeds, are truly worthy of being called the new standard.
