Regarding the collection, Takahashi commented on the importance of intentionally incorporating colors that evoke nature (earth tones) and fusing his aesthetic sensibilities with Nike's functionality.



The NIKELAB GYAKUSOU SP19 Collection continues this fusion of Takahashi's style and Nike's latest technology. It features items designed for high performance, such as garments that are easy to pack and products engineered with specific functionalities for different body zones.

As its name suggests, the "NIKELAB GYAKUSOU Transform Jacket" features a mechanism that allows the front zipper to be opened and the upper part of the jacket to be stowed in a pocket, altering its form. This lightweight, weather-resistant outer shell boasts unique colors and graphics, while a soft Dri-Fit material forms the base layer, designed to wick sweat away from the skin.

The "NIKELAB GYAKUSOU Lightweight Jacket" enhances breathability through laser-perforated vents placed in optimal zones based on body heat distribution maps, facilitating easier temperature regulation during runs.

Additionally, the men's tights and women's shorts feature knit constructions based on scientific understanding of muscle vibration distribution, reducing seams and applying targeted compression to essential areas. The collection also includes the Nike Vaporfly 4% and Nike Pegasus Turbo in colors that naturally complement the apparel.
