DIESEL BLACK GOLD’s Spring/Summer 2015 pre-collection refines the brand’s signature edgy rock style with tailored techniques, creating designs befitting a more mature sensibility. Actor KANEKO Nobuaki and model MATSUOKA Mona showcase the new pieces, imbued with a spirit of rebellion and rock and roll.

A Collection Embodying the Brand's DNA
DIESEL BLACK GOLD’s Spring/Summer 2015 pre-collection modernizes the rockabilly style of the 50s, infused with the defiant attitude of rockers. While embodying a rebellious spirit, the designs utilize dresswear techniques to express a mature playfulness.
The look worn by KANEKO Nobuaki highlights a style that wraps masculine strength, rock, and rebellion in adult tailoring. A rider’s jacket adorned with numerous studs is paired with coated biker pants for a rock-inspired ensemble. The trench coat, made from pinstripe wool, features a double rider’s-style collar and is paired with dress pants, injecting the brand’s spirit into a clean aesthetic. Other looks include a varsity jacket-style leather vest layered under a formal-detailed suit, and a signature denim blouson paired with white biker pants, creating an exciting and cool lineup.
Meanwhile, MATSUOKA Mona wears a hard leather rider’s vest embellished with studs and paint. This is paired with a clean white shirt and a leather skirt with a chain detail on the pocket, creating a look that balances rockテイスト with refined elegance. The long waistcoat, worn with a printed T-shirt and glossy coated denim pants, creates a long, slender silhouette for an enhanced figure. The set-up with a mini skirt made from a menswear-style pinstripe fabric is styled with a deeply cut shirt underneath for a sophisticated finish.
The men's collection features stud-embellished rider's jackets and classic fabrics like stripes tailored into tight silhouettes, accented with details such as zippers and chains. The brand's signature denim includes items crafted from Japanese denim, made in Italy.

KANEKO Nobuaki
Born in 1981 in Tokyo. Formed the rock band RIZE in 1997 and is also active as a drummer in AA=. Released his second album "Historia" in February 2014. In October, RIZE released the new song "LOVEHATE" digitally, followed by a nationwide sold-out tour.
He has also appeared in numerous films, dramas, and commercials as an actor. Currently appearing in commercials for the GREE game app "Shoumetsu Toshi," the TV Tokyo drama "Tamagawa Kuyakusho OF THE DEAD" (every Friday 24:12~), and the NTV drama "Gakko no Kaidan" (every Saturday 21:00~), which begins January 10th. His first solo live performance is also scheduled for next spring.

MATSUOKA Mona
Born in 1998, she is of Japanese and American heritage. In addition to domestic and international fashion shows, she has appeared on the covers of numerous magazines, primarily in the mode category, but also in casual and street style publications. At 16, she became the muse for a photo exhibition featuring nine top Tokyo photographers, each creating their own story. Debuting at Paris Fashion Week in 2014, she has also walked in shows for Chanel, Miu Miu, Acne Studios, and Kenzo.
