Filter Sheets Capture 99% of Viruses When Inserted Inside

From INOAC Corporation, a leader in polymer materials that pioneered urethane foam production in Japan, comes the "Washable Mask with Polymer Body α (Alpha)" – a reusable polyurethane mask designed to alleviate the nationwide shortage.

Crafted from high-quality polyurethane, the mask offers excellent durability, a superior fit, and seamless comfort. By hand-washing with water to avoid damaging the polymer material, it can be reused, making it an economical choice. Furthermore, INOAC's technology removes the cell membrane that obstructs breathability, ensuring superior ventilation unlike typical polyurethane masks.

By controlling the resin skeleton (cells), it also cuts pollen and house dust. With polypropylene filter sheets, measured by Kaken Test Center to have a 99% virus filtration efficiency, inserted inside the mask, a three-layer structure of polyurethane-filter-polyurethane is created, capable of capturing 99% of virus droplets.

This set includes 10 masks and 100 filter sheets, along with an instruction manual, and will be soldat the INOAC Living Online Shop.

A total of 20,000 sets are planned for this initial release. Online pre-orders begin at noon on Saturday, May 2nd, with shipping scheduled to commence sequentially from noon on Monday, May 11th. INOAC also plans to continue production and sales in line with their factory's operational status.
