Brass is easy to work with and develops a calm patina over time. Lue, a brass brand headed by a craftsman who has understood its properties for two generations, produces household goods through two approaches: one-of-a-kind handcrafted items and machine-crafted items for mass production.
Eight years ago, ceramic artist Noriyuki Yamamoto (Iwai Kiln) from Tottori commissioned us to create a pot ladle that would complement his signature double-handled earthenware pot.

Initially, they were produced by hand, but after some time, mass production using machine craft was successfully achieved. Two types of pot ladles were completed. Both are designed to be stackable, making them space-saving for storage. They are expected to develop a beautiful patina with use.
