The art event 'Caol Uno Jiu-Jitsu Gi Art Exhibition 4 in KYOTO,' curated by Kaoru Uno, director of the sports apparel brand 'ONEHUNDRED ATHLETIC' and a renowned mixed martial artist, will be held at Kyoto's Fujii Daimaru from April 13th.

This marks the fourth iteration of the art event, which fuses Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with art under Uno's curation. This time, the focus is on a craft-oriented approach, centered around custom-made Jiu-Jitsu gis produced by the long-established martial arts uniform manufacturer, Tanei. Special items from 'ONEHUNDRED ATHLETIC' will also be released to commemorate the event.

The 'LC x 100A SAUNA HAT *Nagoya Black Mon-tsuki Dye' is based on a sauna hat that sold out instantly upon its release last December. It uses the highly absorbent and moisture-retaining 'Mikawa Momen' sashiko fabric, known for its pleasant texture, with production handled by Tanei. The beautiful black hue is achieved through 'Nagoya Black Mon-tsuki Dye,' a traditional craft with over 400 years of history.

Next, the '100A DAILY SHOPPER' is an adaptation of the 'DAILY SHOPPER' eco-bag from the product brand 'amabro.' It is made from non-toxic and recyclable TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). This material is semi-transparent, soft and lightweight like rubber, and also boasts excellent waterproof and oil-resistant properties.

Both items feature colorways that symbolize the 'ONEHUNDRED ATHLETIC' brand. They are also recommended for use when heading to saunas or public baths.
