Kaoru Uno is a mixed martial artist who, at 46, continues to compete. He also has a deep understanding of fashion, launching his own brand, 'ONEHUNDRED ATHLETIC,' and collaborating across various genres including fashion and art. Now, an art event curated by Uno, 'Caol Uno Jiu-Jitsu Gi Art Exhibition 3 in KYOTO,' is set to take place in Kyoto.

This October marks Kaoru Uno's 25th anniversary as a professional mixed martial artist. The art event he curates, 'Caol Uno Jiu-Jitsu Gi Art Exhibition 3 in KYOTO,' is scheduled to be held at Fujii Daimaru (Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture).

This event focuses on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gis (commonly known as 'Gi'), an area Uno has been passionately involved in recently. In collaboration with Levi's®, a denim maker he was inspired by and continues to love, original gis remade from recycled denim will be exhibited.
