French educational toys from "marbotic" arrive in Japan for the first time.
The hallmark of Marbotic educational toys is their use of tablet devices like iPads and blocks. The wooden blocks incorporate metal and conductive plastic, designed so that the tablet device can recognize them.
Purchase the blocks and download the free app to start playing.
Marbotic's educational toys are inspired by Montessori education and programmed to encourage children to discover and learn at their own pace without boredom. The apps have different target age ranges depending on the type, allowing for long-term enjoyment from ages 3 to 8.
The lineup includes two types: "Smart Numbers" and "Smart Letters."
"Smart Numbers" is an educational tool that allows children to intuitively and interactively learn numbers from the basics while having fun.
By stamping the 10 wooden blocks onto the tablet screen, the tablet recognizes each block, enabling learning in conjunction with the dedicated app. With varying difficulty levels for "counting to 10," "counting to 100," and "addition/subtraction," it is designed for a wide age range from 2 to 8 years old, allowing children to learn progressively while staying engaged.
"Smart Letters" allows learning to read and write in 8 languages, including English. Through "Smart Letters," children can learn the alphabet playfully, improving their awareness of pronunciation, recognition of uppercase and lowercase letters, and vocabulary.
It comes with 26 wooden blocks, and the difficulty level changes with the app. Children aged 2 to 7 can learn languages long-term in a fun way.
A "Smart Kit," which combines "Numbers" and "Smart Letters," is also available. It includes the 10 wooden blocks from "Numbers" and the 26 wooden blocks from "Smart Kit."
Once the free app is installed, the wooden blocks used do not require any further internet connection. This ensures peace of mind, as it minimizes the exposure of children's delicate bodies to unnecessary electromagnetic radiation.
