SAB LETTERPRESS’s “Keisen Bin sen” combines various ruled lines used in letterpress printing, in both length and pattern, to create the design for the letter paper.

This long-selling item has been renewed as a special edition for the popular shop Papier Labo. The letter paper uses a thin paper called “Byakuya,” which has a glossy finish on one side, making it easy to write on and compatible with ballpoint pens and fountain pens.



The letter paper size has been changed from the previous A5 to a slightly slimmer size, and accordingly, the envelopes have also been custom-made from a new mold. The set includes five envelopes in assorted papers: a rough paper like Japanese rice paper, a textured and firm recycled paper with inclusions, and a paper with a simple, rustic gray charm.

Faced with beautiful letter paper and envelopes in a calm tone, one might feel inspired to write a letter to someone.
