The Pizza Scoop: Proven Usability in a Restaurant Setting
Lue is a studio renowned for its precision craftsmanship, making full use of brass's unique properties. This autumn, they will release a "Pizza Scoop" and a "Cheese Knife."
The "Pizza Scoop" was originally conceived for monk, a restaurant in Kyoto. Its positive reception in-store led to its commercialization.

The "Cheese Knife" is available in two sizes. The comfortable handles are made of solid wood (ebony and bubinga). The blade shape was meticulously refined to ensure a smooth cut. Brass naturally darkens with age, which can be seen as part of its charm. If desired, its original luster can be restored by polishing with an abrasive agent.
