Equipped with Proprietary Innovative Firewall® Technology

Waterlogic, a top manufacturer of water dispensers based in Dublin, Ireland, has deployed over one million water purification dispensers in more than 50 countries worldwide.

The company developed "Firewall®," a proprietary, cutting-edge technology that prevents the "recontamination risk"—a problem unsolved by conventional purifiers and water servers—whereby purified water, with its chlorine removed, becomes contaminated by bacteria from contact with outside air or hands at the dispenser's spout, leading to further bacterial spread within the purifier.

Waterlogic's Firewall® technology utilizes UV-C sterilization to achieve a 99.9999% bacteria removal rate and prevent recontamination. This technology, the first in the world to extend UV sterilization to the purifier's spout, has demonstrated excellent harmful substance removal performance in tests based on Japanese JIS standards and has even obtained certification from the WQA (Water Quality Association) under the stringent US NSF standards, considered the most difficult to acquire.

Furthermore, it is the only UV water purification technology in the world to meet and be certified by the WHO (World Health Organization)'s international requirements.

Simple, Ecological, and Sustainable Water Purifier

The "Cube" UV hybrid water purifier server, which connects directly to the tap and is being released now, uses an activated carbon filter to remove contaminants and residual chlorine that causes musty odors. Its appeal lies in its ability to select four water temperatures—cold, ambient, hot, and extra hot—while retaining the minerals that contribute to water's deliciousness.

Moreover, being directly connected to the tap means there's no need to worry about water delivery, storage space, or expiration dates, which are common concerns with typical water servers. It also eliminates the environmental burden associated with disposable containers, allowing you to enjoy safe, secure, and delicious water year-round.

This was a 2.8-point increase from the 2013 survey, marking the first time it exceeded 40%. With the introduction of new products like the "Cube," the penetration rate is expected to continue rising.
