Featuring approximately 50 brands

rooms Ji-Ba showcases approximately 50 brands, including crafts, folk art, and creator items gathered from across Japan, curated through the perspective of Anri Ishizuka, the director of rooms Ji-Ba.

Anri Ishizuka states, "The wonderful techniques and beautiful designs that the world has yet to discover are this country's unparalleled resources. Therefore, I want to ensure their potential is not confined solely to local or Japanese contexts. What we must do now is convey their appeal to a wider audience through a contemporary lens."

When diverse sensibilities interact and blend, both objects and people evolve. Connecting creators and customers one by one in this way also bridges regions and cities, and links tradition with the future."

As a store that connects "Japanese sensibilities" from a female perspective, rooms Ji-Ba gathers Japanese creations that enrich daily life, whether mundane or extraordinary. The shop's refined space, utilizing traditional Japanese building materials like plaster, features products born from Japan's delicate sensibilities, nurtured by traditional techniques, beautiful designs, and the climate and culture found across the country—such as papier-mâché bags from Iwate and exquisite vases by Osaka ceramic artists.

With original items co-created by rooms Ji-Ba and artisans, many of which are exclusive to this store, it's worth paying attention to the new forms of "MADE IN JAPAN" emerging in various fields.
