A Young Bike Brand Leading Europe's “New Vintage” Boom

CREME CYCLES has gained popularity for its urban bicycles that incorporate the beautiful details of a bygone era, such as lug-welded chromoly (chrome-molybdenum steel) and other steel components. Produced under the concept of “hand-built in Europe,” these bicycles are at the forefront of the expanding “new vintage” trend in the European market.

CREME CYCLES was born in 2009, inspired by vintage bikes discovered in an attic by two cycling enthusiasts who had long been involved in the mountain bike business. Struck by the beautiful details found on bicycles from the 1950s and 60s, they simultaneously brought to life an idea they had long nurtured: to create bicycles that embodied those exquisite details while being suited for modern environments.

Practicality for Comfortable Riding Meets Classic Style

The “VINYL” is a classic fixed-gear track bike, built around a beautiful lugged steel frame and fork rarely seen today. It offers the unique riding experience of a fixed gear, with the option to use the included freewheel and brakes to suit your preference or local regulations.

The “CAFERACER,” inspired by the design of 1950s and 1960s delivery bicycles, is a practical model that allows for carrying bags or luggage on its front rack. Meanwhile, it is richly adorned with polished details that modern bicycles are increasingly losing, such as hand-polished rims and lugged frames and forks.

Classic Dutch-Style Bicycle Design

The classic Dutch-style “HOLLYMOLLY” features a lugged frame and meticulous attention to detail, exuding a refined retro aesthetic. CREME CYCLES describes using the “HOLLYMOLLY” as an evening cruiser for trips to their favorite restaurant in a seaside resort in Sopot, Poland.

The meticulously designed form and functionality of the “TEMPO,” along with its beautifully gleaming details—from decals to nuts and bolts—are truly remarkable. The simple beauty of its TIG-welded steel frame, which defines its style, is also a key feature. It offers a smoother ride than typical aluminum frames, ensuring comfortable performance.
