Achieving the Brand's Best Energy Efficiency with a Minimum Water Consumption of 6.5L
It has been 85 years since Miele first introduced dishwashers. Driven by the philosophy of 'reducing the burden of post-meal cleanup and contributing to a more comfortable life through the introduction of dishwashers,' the company's dishwashers are renowned for their cleaning performance and large capacity.
The new models introduced this time focus on four key areas: 'ecology,' 'ease of use,' 'design,' and 'cleaning power.'
Firstly, in terms of 'ecology,' all models are equipped with a load recognition function and a sensor wash program that automatically optimize operation by detecting water turbidity and the amount of dishes. This ensures the most efficient cycle.
While the current high-end models use a minimum of 8 liters of water, the new models successfully reduce this to just 6.5 liters across the board. This represents the brand's highest level of energy efficiency to date. In Germany, a country known for its environmental consciousness, these dishwashers have achieved the highest energy consumption rating ('Energy Class A+++' according to European energy labeling standards), with some exceptions.
Furthermore, the AutoOpen feature, which automatically opens the door after the cycle to aid drying, is now included from the entry-level models (with some exceptions), benefiting both the environment and your dishes. Other features include the 'EcoStart function with FlexiTimer,' allowing you to set operation for off-peak electricity hours, and 'EcoFeedback,' which displays actual consumption data after the program finishes.
The 'ease of use' and 'design' have also been enhanced. The high-end model 'G6980SCVi' features the innovative 'Knock2Open' function, where a double knock on the door automatically opens it. This achieves a sleek, handle-free design while ensuring intuitive operation. It allows for a more unified and sophisticated kitchen space that harmonizes with your interior.
The key to the improved 'cleaning power' lies in the rotation of the three spray arms. This enables cleaning from multiple directions, significantly enhancing performance. Additionally, options for alternating water jetting and pressure adjustment between the upper and lower arms are available, ensuring that everything from stubborn stains to delicate glassware can be cleaned with confidence.
The range includes a spacious 60cm-wide model capable of holding up to 14 place settings (IEC standard) and a more compact 45cm-wide model designed to fit various kitchen layouts. With nine variations from entry-level to high-end, there's a model to suit every need.
Each model is equipped with 6 to 13 programs, and the wide variety of sizes, features, designs, and price points ensures you'll find the perfect dishwasher to complement your space and lifestyle.
