An Unusual Collaboration Begins. The First Installment: "Rugs" | NOMA t.d. × Landscape Products

NOMA t.d. outputs its unique worldview through distinctive textiles and art projects. Landscape Products operates with the belief of "creating good scenery," engaging in activities that transcend genres. These two entities, each active in different fields, have embarked on their first collaboration.

The concept behind this collaboration is to interpret the strong yet soft sensibility that NOMA t.d. expresses on apparel, using the background of craftsmanship that Landscape Products has cultivated.
The first installment, "Rugs," are made in India. NOMA t.d.'s signature stripe pattern is rendered through hand-weaving, resulting in a unique texture. With a short pile, they are suitable for year-round use.
This August, the same products are planned to be dyed using the traditional natural dyeing techniques of Amami Oshima, with navy and red colorways also scheduled.
The collaboration between apparel and interiors, leveraging the ideas and technical skills of both fields, has just begun.
Various products are slated for release as summer approaches. Anticipation is building.
