The Acapulco Series is a furniture collection redesigned by the select furniture shop "METROCS" to suit Japanese living spaces, based on a chair that has been loved outdoors in Mexico since the 1960s. While its structure is simple, its outstanding design leaves an unforgettable impression at first glance, and its color variations are drawing attention. This spring, a new limited-edition color, "Bougainvillea," is added to the series.

The "Acapulco" series is a furniture collection redesigned by METROCS, based on a chair that has been loved outdoors in Mexico since the 1960s. Its simple structure, with an iron frame wrapped in PVC (polyvinyl chloride) cord, and the soft seating comfort provided by the PVC, are its defining features, making it a chair that envelops you like a hammock.

A new limited-edition color, "Bougainvillea," is now available for the Acapulco Series. This is a passionate color inspired by the bougainvillea flower, familiar in Mexico, which blooms vibrantly under the sun. It is also known as Mexican Pink and was a favorite of architect Luis Barragán.

Its bursting vibrancy is sure to make a statement as an accent color in any interior.
