Communicating Messages Through Everyday Objects

STUDIO BYCOLOR explores the impact of color on people, using the power of color in products to communicate solutions to challenges.

This exhibition expands upon "MW:WW (More Works : With Wood)", a material designed by STUDIO BYCOLOR through deep engagement with wood, which received the SEMPRE Award in 2013 for Experimental Creations #001, by applying it to architectural hardware and furniture.

MW:WW is a project that visualizes the message "wood is a living material" through a porous surface treatment applied to wood. It has garnered attention for its innovative approach.

At Milan Salone, they will present "FK:WW (For Kurashi : With Wood)" for the first time internationally. This collection of hardware and furniture is a collaboration with kanaguya, whose metalwork develops a profound character with age.
