Partnering with Quirky, a Platform for Productizing Ideas, for Next-Generation Audio
Harman International, the company behind premium audio brands such as AKG, Harman Kardon, and JBL, is establishing a platform within the Quirky community—which fosters consumer inventions—for its "Headphones of Tomorrow" project. Creative ideas submitted through the platform will be developed by Harman International and launched globally.
Submissions must be for consumer products and feasible with current technology. Applications are accepted in English only, and Harman International does not provide support for submissions. Further guidelines are available on the platform.
The submission deadline is April 21st (April 22nd, 12:00 JST). Ideas selected for productization will be determined through expert review and community voting. The judging process will be presented via live stream on April 29th (Wednesday) at 19:00.
