While headsets are often associated with use while driving, they can be incredibly convenient for daily life. Jawbone has now released a renewed version of its Bluetooth® headset, the "ERA." This item allows for natural and comfortable voice calls, and can be used to access Siri®, Google Now™, check voice information, and enjoy music playback, maximizing the utility of your smartphone and mobile devices. It will be available nationwide at electronics retailers starting Friday, April 18th.

The Jawbone "ERA" is a headset equipped with NoiseAssassin® noise-canceling technology, allowing for enjoyable audio experiences. For example, you can enjoy music while cycling, walking your dog, or jogging, or access apps on your smartphone while on a call, ensuring smooth call handling even during multitasking.
The newly redesigned ERA headset is 42% smaller than the previous model released in 2011. To pursue natural wearability, it has undergone over three years of testing and comes with three types of ultra-soft silicone eartips, completely redesigned for a stable fit.
It also features an improved MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) microphone. The DSP algorithm (Digital Signal Processing) adjusts sound levels, delivering natural and vibrant sound tailored to the user's environment.
Up to 10 Hours of Talk Time
The headset alone provides 4 hours of talk time, and with the included charging case—which can be kept in a pocket or bag, or attached to a keychain—you can achieve a total of 10 hours of talk time. Micro LEDs on the side of the case indicate the headset's charging status.
The ERA headset allows you to activate Siri® or Google Now™ simply by pressing and holding the rear button, without touching your smartphone. Furthermore, you can send commands such as "Check my email," "Play NPR Podcast," or "Get directions to the restaurant" while walking or driving, enabling control of various functions with a single touch.
