"Residences by Armani / Casa," slated for completion in 2016 at 18975 Collins Avenue in Miami, is designed by the globally acclaimed Argentine architect César Pelli, known for designing Malaysia's Petronas Towers and Miami's Adrienne Arsht Center.
The interior design of all 260 luxury residences within this 60-story oceanfront tower, situated in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida (just north of Bal Harbour), will reflect Giorgio Armani's aesthetic sensibility, along with the comfort and functionality distinctive to Armani / Casa.

Giorgio Armani commented on this latest landmark project: "Armani / Casa was born from my desire to bring my design sensibility into interior spaces. With the talented architect César Pelli as our partner on this project, we have had the opportunity to create something truly special – a wonderful living space filled with the spirit of contemporary elegance."
We draw attention to this luxury tower, soon to grace Sunny Isles Beach, one of the world's premier oceanfront locations.
