Armani / Casa to Participate in Beijing Residence Project

Armani Group's Armani / Casa Interior Design Studio (IDS) has entered into a partnership with Smart Hero Group, a developer of fashionable lifestyle-oriented real estate in China, for the "Smart Hero Central Park Plaza Residence Project" in Beijing. The building's design is by internationally renowned architect Ma Yansong.

A Beijing Landmark Symbolizing China's Era

For the project, IDS will be responsible for the design of the luxurious, high-end residential units, common areas, and amenities within the residences of "Smart Hero Central Park Plaza," which was selected as one of the "Top 10 Contemporary Buildings in China."

Smart Hero Central Park Plaza is located in Beijing's CBD (Central Business District), facing the south gate of Chaoyang Park, Asia's largest urban park, and is set to become one of China's premier green building complexes. The building was designed by internationally acclaimed architect Ma Yansong. Smart Hero Group and Ma view this project as "a symbol of the dynamism of modern China," while Smart Hero Group Chairman Zhang Xi states, "Central Park Plaza uniquely fuses Western design with Eastern philosophy."

Project Scheduled for Completion by End of 2017

Smart Hero Central Park Plaza adopts a "landscaping" approach, harmonizing with the environment of Chaoyang Park, which features a beautiful pond. By incorporating imagery of peaks, slopes, mountains, and ridges into the design, the new building suggests the future, skillfully blending with the park's natural landscape. It embodies nature, health, and culture within Beijing's cityscape, reflecting the Chinese philosophy of "harmony between heaven and humanity" (Tian Ren He Yi).
