Green Spaces Cover Approximately 46% of the Total Development Area

The development of SKYZ TOWER&GARDEN (Tokyo Wonderful Project) brings together six major developers—Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd., Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd.,Mitsubishi Jisho Residence Co., Ltd., Tokyu Land Corporation, Sumitomo Real Estate Sales Co., Ltd.,Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.—in a first-of-its-kind collaboration in Japan.

The site is located in Koto Ward, Toyosu 6-chome, Tokyo. Approximately 46% of the total development area of about 3.2 hectares is dedicated to green space, with plans to plant around 2,200 mature trees. This location offers a rich natural environment with abundant greenery and waterfront access.

The Y-shaped design ensures expansive views.

The exterior design was handled by architect Jun Mitsui, representative of Perklark Peri Architects Japan, who also designed the international terminal at Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) and the Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower. The interior design for the common areas was created by Yabu Pushelberg, known for their work on the Tiffany & Co. New York store and the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi.

Ceiling heights in the residences reach approximately 2.6 meters in the living and dining areas and about 2.5 meters in the Western-style rooms, creating a sense of spaciousness. The building incorporates Shimizu Corporation's "Shimizu Tri-Star Hybrid Seismic Isolation System" (patent pending), a novel combination of seismic isolation and damping technologies, for the first time in Japan, providing enhanced safety against seismic events.
