Exhibition by Architects Under 35: Awards for Outstanding Works Introduced This Year

The "U-35 Architects exhibition" annually provides a platform for promising young architects, presenting the future possibilities of architecture through exhibitions and presentations for a broad audience.

The six architects exhibiting in "U-35 Architects exhibition 2015," now in its sixth iteration, are all under 35 years old and have been practicing independently for less than three years. Selected through a rigorous judging process by Sou Fujimoto and AAF from a large pool of applicants, the featured architects are Haruka Uemura, Shotaro Okada, Yasuhiro Kaneda, Naoya Kitamura, Kenya Sato, and Fumiko Takahama.

To attract a wider audience interested in architecture, the venue has been moved to Umekita Ship Hall in front of Osaka Station, and the exhibition dates have been shifted to October.
