Heating Water with "Ambient Air"!

Amidst growing concerns about energy issues, "EcoCute" is gaining attention as a new energy source. It's a water heater that uses the heat from the surrounding air.heat pumpThis technology heats water. Compared to electric resistance water heaters, it offers approximately one-third the energy savings and lower running costs, leading to sales of over 560,000 units in fiscal year 2010, a 10% increase from the previous year.

The newly released EcoCute features enhanced functions in three key areas: heating, storage, and usage.
Improvements in the heat exchanger efficiency of the heat pump unit have reduced power consumption during water heating by approximately 5%. The insulation of the storage unit has been enhanced with the addition of vacuum insulation panels, improving heat retention. Efficiency has also been improved during water usage, such as during bath filling and maintaining water temperature, by utilizing heated water from the heat pump unit without storing it.

Sales will begin sequentially from October 21st.
