Equipped with a 4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine producing 600ps and 800Nm of torque

The Q8 debuted in 2019. As the flagship model of the Q series, it features the octagonal Singleframe grille, an iconic design motif for Q models, and blister fenders that symbolize Audi's signature quattro all-wheel drive.
The newly announced RS Q8 was developed by Audi Sport, responsible for Audi's high-performance models. The exterior is enhanced with RS-specific parts such as a high-gloss black radiator grille, roof-edge spoiler, rear skirt, and oval tailpipes, along with large 23-inch alloy wheels, creating a sharp and sophisticated look.
The interior is further enhanced with an even sportier ambiance, featuring RS-exclusive Alcantara and leather sports seats, an optional leather seat package, and the Audi virtual cockpit with dedicated RS modes.
The powertrain is a 4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine generating a maximum output of 441kW (600ps) and peak torque of 800Nm, paired with an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission. Efficiency is improved through a 48V mild-hybrid system and cylinder-on-demand technology.
It features quattro permanent all-wheel drive with a self-locking center differential. The suspension is equipped as standard with RS adaptive air suspension, tuned for a sportier feel.
Furthermore, it includes a four-wheel steering system that steers the rear wheels up to 5 degrees in the opposite phase to the front wheels at low speeds for enhanced maneuverability, and in the same phase at high speeds for improved steering response. The drive select system with RS mode and all-wheel steering is also standard.
In addition, it incorporates the latest digital technologies, such as an infotainment system with two touch displays (10.1-inch and 8.6-inch), and safety features like adaptive cruise control and adaptive driving assist.
The RS Q8 is scheduled for release from February 2021, with a price of 18.69 million yen.
