Lexus Announces Special Edition NX and UX Models
On Thursday, January 9, Lexus announced the NX300 Bronze Edition, a special edition NX, and the UX200 Blue Edition, a special edition UX.
The NX300 Bronze Edition, Enhanced with Safety Features
The NX300 Bronze Edition is a coordinated version based on the NX300 I Package, featuring bronze-painted aluminum wheels on the exterior and bronze-colored exclusive ornaments and stitching on the interior. It adopts a specially painted black spindle grille and frame, along with body-color fender arch moldings for a refined appearance.
For safety, it comes standard with Parking Support Brake (PKSB), Blind Spot Monitor (BSM), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA), ensuring enhanced safety.
The powertrain, consisting of the 8AR-FTS 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbo engine and 6-speed Super ECT, remains unchanged. The 2WD model is priced at 4.9 million yen, and the AWD model at 5.165 million yen.
The UX200 Blue Edition is based on the UX200 and features an exclusive interior color scheme of Cobalt & Black. It comes standard with a roof rail, hands-free power back door, and Parking Support Brake (PKSB). Additionally, the luggage space has been expanded to 310 liters with a low-deck type, a feature now standard across all UX models.
The powertrain, the M20A-FKS engine and Direct Shift-CVT, remains the same, with a price of 4.05 million yen.
