An Exclusive Model Featuring Geometric Patterns Inspired by the Louvre Pyramid
DS and the Louvre Museum have enjoyed a long-standing cooperative relationship. To bring the spirit of art to the driving experience, the special edition "DS 7 Crossback Louvre BlueHDi" was created.
The design prominently features the Louvre's iconic glass pyramid. This motif is echoed in geometric patterns found on the exclusive badges, interior details, DS wings, and roof rails, subtly highlighting the model's exclusive nature.
The interior is based on the top-tier "Opéra" trim. It boasts a full instrument panel upholstered in gradient-dyed art finish leather, and the signature "watch strap" Nappa leather seats, reminiscent of a watch bracelet. This creates an artistic ambiance that embodies "savoir-faire," French for craftsmanship.
The powertrain features a 2.0-liter diesel turbo engine, delivering a maximum torque of 400 Nm—equivalent to a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine—and an output of 130 kW (177 PS), paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Available in two color options, "Bleu Ancrage" (Navy Blue) and "Noir Perla Nera" (Black), the price is set at 6.6 million yen.
