Orders Open for the 2021 Range Rover Sport
Jaguar Land Rover Japan has announced the 2021 model of the Land Rover luxury SUV, the "Range Rover Sport." Orders have opened for the 2021 model's limited grades: "HSE Silver," "HSE Dynamic Black," and "SVR Carbon Edition."

Mild Hybrid Diesel Engine Introduced
The most significant change for the 2021 Range Rover Sport is the refreshed engine lineup. A 3.0-liter inline-six diesel engine, featuring mild hybrid technology, with a maximum output of 221kW (300ps) and peak torque of 650Nm, has been introduced.

This brings the engine lineup to five diesel models, five plug-in hybrid models (PHEV) equipped with a 2.0-liter inline-four gasoline engine, [number missing] 3.0-liter inline-six gasoline models, and three 5.0-liter V8 gasoline models.
Additionally, a new grade, the "HST," has been introduced with a 3.0-liter inline-six gasoline engine. It features a carbon fiber exterior pack, 21-inch black wheels, and twin-blade sun visors, giving it a sportier exterior.

For 2021, three limited edition grades are available: "HSE Silver," "HSE Dynamic Black," and "SVR Carbon Edition." The "HSE Silver" and "HSE Dynamic Black" come equipped with popular features such as a panoramic roof and a Meridian surround sound audio system.
The "HSE Silver" is offered in seven exterior colors, including Fuji White, Santorini Black, and Firenze Red. The "HSE Dynamic Black" is available in two colors, as its name suggests: Santorini Black and Carpathian Grey.

The "SVR Carbon Edition" is equipped with 22-inch black wheels. The use of carbon fiber material for the engine cover and trim finishers enhances its sporty and dynamic image.

Prices range from 9.36 million yen to 12.29 million yen for the diesel models, 12.18 million yen to 13.169 million yen for the PHEV, 12.64 million yen for the 3.0-liter gasoline model, and 14.82 million yen to 19.21 million yen for the 5.0-liter gasoline models.
