Nissan Motor Corporation announced that on June 1st, it launched a new plan for its car-sharing service "NISSAN e-share mobi," which exclusively uses the company's EVs and e-POWER vehicles. This plan allows users to access vehicles at a flat rate for purposes such as weekday commuting, school runs, and teleworking in their cars.

The new plan is available to all members at stations where "e-share mobi" operates nationwide. The cost is 3,000 yen per use, with usage hours limited to weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

"e-share mobi" has been well-received for allowing users to experience intelligent technologies such as electrification, advanced driver-assistance systems, and automatic parking, with their driver's license serving as their ID card. Currently, disinfectant spray (stabilized hypochlorous acid water) is provided in the vehicles at stations. During regular cleaning, disinfection and cleaning efforts are intensified, focusing on areas frequently touched by users, to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Furthermore, the limited-time offer that began on May 1st, providing a discount equivalent to 1,600 yen (the cost for 1-2 hours of use) per use, will be extended beyond June 1st for the time being. The end date will be determined based on the infection situation. While the service targets are the same as mentioned above, they cannot be used concurrently.
