With this update, the Toyota RAV4 now comes standard with display audio compatible with smartphone integration.
Users can now operate and utilize smartphone apps compatible with Smart Device Link, as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, for maps, phone calls, messages, and music applications directly on the display audio. Hands-free calling and voice control for functions are also possible while driving.
In terms of safety features, Intelligent Clearance Sonar for stationary objects, which helps mitigate collision damage caused by unintended acceleration or braking in situations like parking, is now standard on all models.
Furthermore, the equipment has been enhanced, including the addition of a Panoramic View Monitor. This system displays a bird's-eye view of the vehicle's surroundings on the display audio, aiding in confirming rear visibility and checking the safety of areas that are difficult to see.
